Hi, yes, thats a problem. You have to reserve one COM port for debug and deployment. Maybe you can try the following: Define an interupt which dispose at least one of your COM ports to enable debug and deployment. The interupt can be trigged by an external switch.

#24409 Netduino and uCam TTL camera

Hi, I attached a library to use this camera module, including a little sample application. Honestly I don't have any idea where I get this code, so I can't give any credits to the one how wrote this. This library is based on revision 3.0 of the documentation. The latest revision is 7.0, maybe this library is not 100% compatible with the latest camera modules.
