Hi guys , This reply is mainly for nakchak.Looked at the boards today and there is few pics attached.
What I think Is the controller board (sequencing) for the scanner
The motor control board I showed you other night , J5 plug links to some optical limit switch's , J3 Seems to be linked to X axis Servo and tacho,J2 seems to have power on some pins, J1 seems to link to the Line scan camera.
This links in with the controller board , Its labeled improvision PAGS 1000
THe motor board and control board linked
Thanks in advance . Paul :-)

Hi all
So I contacted some manufacturers and got some info and mapped out most of the wiring in a diagram I have attached. Its fairly rough but I will call version 1 ;-)
Just thinking of what I need to order to make this thing happen . Im thinking a Netduino go module , 3 servo boards capable of handling Tacho feed back and a relay board for handling the pneumatics. Also aboard for handling all the analog to digital inputs .
If anyone can help me decide on what I may need and shields that are compatible with the Go Netdunio and this project.
Also a good app for drawing out the wiring diagram , Thinking of just MS paint now
Thanks
Paul

Thanks for the reply Dave,
With the help from a few guys in the web-chat they explained further details. Considering that all the servos are of different types and voltages I'm guessing I will be needing 3 separate motor shields and 3 Netduino boards. Looking at relay boards it seems seeedstudio and a few others sell a board with a high enough rating VDC Relay Shield. Guessing that would need another netduino board too.
Yet to figure out how Netduino handles analog to digital , but guys in web-chat pointed me to the wiki.
Would like to figure out what i need in parts as since I live in Australia it takes a lot of time to order and have delivered these parts.
So any suggestions on what I need would be great :-)
