Volkan, I am trying to use this shield, does it just stack right on top of the netduino or did you have to make modifications?

How did you get this to work? Any information on it would be fantastic!

I have this - Arduino Wireless SD Shield :

Anyone else old enough to remember a time when that was the first thing you tried?

Unfortunately, being in IT as a .Net Developer (but I have been in the help desk environment), this is still the answer to a whole lot of problems on windows pc's.... this is getting better over the years though!!

SUCCESS!!!

I'm not sure if this had anything to do with it, but after I flashed the 4.2.1.2 firmware, I used the erase to erase deployment files that showed up on the mfdeploy... I then went back into stdfu tester and went back through erasing and then dfuse to upgrade and it worked this time.....

Thank you so much for your time and hopefully i will have a handle on this.

I am proud to be a part of the netduino community and to have people like Chris Walker help me. I am one of 3 guys that I know of at my workplace who have recently purchased a netduino and it is all we talk about.... (we should be working ;-) though)

Thank You All!! Keep up the great work...

Actually, I think I just released it....

Doesn't make sense but, Here is how...:

I flashed it back to the 4.2.1.2 firmware you had in a previous post. Detached from dfu, and SUCCESS!!??

ALTHOUGH,

It locks up again when I try to flash back to the 4.2.2 firmware...???

Also...did you fully erase the board (about 10-20 seconds worth) using STDFU Tester?

(YES)

Did you check the "verify" checkbox in DFUSE? Did it verify that the firmware was written alright?

(Yes, i always check verify)

Chris, that makes sense! Thank you for your reply!

While trying to figure out what was going on with that issue....I seemed to have locked my device into dfu mode.... I accidently uploaded the firmware using the upload action instead of the upgrade action in the defuse software...

Any way to get this issue resolved...?

The blue led never goes off.... if i unplug and plug back in, it seems the device does nothing.... if i hold down the button then plug in, the device is recognized in dfu mode. I've tried erasing and loading the 4.2.2 and then leaving dfu mode... all seems fine...i reboot then nothing...blue led on... no recognition on mfdeploy

So, the only response i can get, is when i manually put it in dfu mode...then i can erase, update, etc.... and it will say it came out of dfu mode when i leave dfu mode, but I get nothing after that....

Netduino Plus 2 btw
