Seems to be stuck in "tinybooter" mode

I just flashed an N+ to the rtm firmware (framework and SDK correctly updated). I have done this before, so I am somewhat familiar with the procedure. After I completed the flashing process, I rebooted the N+ into "tinybooter" mode to set the MAC address and IP. Now, I can't get it back into "tinyCLR" mode. cycling power does not seem to have any effect. Ideas?

Using Netduino Plus projects on Netduino

If you start a project using the Netduino Plus template, is there any issue with deploying that project to a "standard" Netduino? How about the other way around?

I need to tap power for a N+ project from an existing 24vdc bus. What is the best way to do this? Is there an existing break-out board that would do the job, or would it be best to make my own?

I recently came across this open source HMI project for VB:

I just wondered if anyone here is familiar with it and, more specifically, has anyone tried to use this as an interface to their Netduino or N+?
