Set a breakpoint on the debug line. Check to size and content of the ex.Stack.Trace Variable. Make sure that you are not overflowing the stack with recursion or iteration. I'd need to see more of the code to guess better. The debugger should help you sort it out.

A good candidate is a poor solder joint. Take a hot soldering iron to each of the connections on the noisy device. Don't get carried away. Just reflow the solder. It should have a nice shiny surface when your done.

The next place to check is Windows. Open the Control Panel - Device Manager and see if the device shows. It may have an exclamation point because it didn't load correctly. Either way, I would update the driver. Uninstall the existing driver if this doesn't work the first time and reinstall it. Once windows sees it, the applications should be able to see it as well.

Hi Chris,
Please keep me on the front edge of this. I am presenting "Are You an Explorer? IoT and Blazing you own trail." at That Conference 2015. Unfortunately, though covered in the materials of options and comparisons, Netduino is poorly represented for the OpenSpaces hands on sessions. I have a few of my own devices that I will be bringing.
I definitely need to have current information on the progress with Lilium. If released by That Conference, I'd love to have one to demo.
Thanks,
Dan Kline
In Topic: Introducing Netduino 3 Wi-Fi
24 June 2015 - 02:29 PM
Hi Folks. My Netduino 3 Wifi is detected on the comm10 port, (Windows 8.1), but I can't seem to find any drivers for the device. What are people using for the Windows drivers, and where can they be found? If this is an issue that has a workaround, let me know.
Never mind! I found it. I needed to repair the install of the Netduino SDK. THe only other step to be aware of is to retarget your existing apps to the new framework.
