Netduino to simulink (Matlab)

Hi, I need to send data (the position of my motor(duration parameter of my PWM)) from my netduino plus to simulink(matlab). My netduino plus is plugged in my PC via the usb and i have the possibility of using an Ethernet cable. Can anyone help me? thanks (Sorry if I've made some mistakes in my text...english is not my native language)
