Hi Gally,
If you want to "copy" the application from an existing device, to deploy it to other devices as well:
1. In MFDeploy, select the "Target menu > Application Deployment > Create Application Deployment"
2. Save the currently-deployed Netduino app as a HEX file.
3. Now you can deploy that HEX file directly to other Netduinos (make sure they have the same .NET MF firmware loaded).
If you want to manually compile and deploy your application, I'd start with the "Mono manual build" instructions:
