guys i am trying to develop a chip for security cameras that sense and capture the image when the object performs any movements so i want to known that is Netduino chips can be used for this project.please let me known.

As nice as the Netduino is, you need a much more powerful chip with more RAM to be able to do image processing. An MCU like the ARM7 chip the Netduino uses just isn't up to the task.

You could use something like this with the netduino:

to sense the motion, which could then alert something to start recording, or raises some other sort of alert.
