Hi Because of some limitation in my country I cant find AT91SAM7X512. Can I use AT91SAM7X256 instead?

The AT91SAM7X512, AT91SAM7X256 and AT91SAM7X128 differ only in memory sizes. Hi Sam, thanks for the post!

We use the AT91SAM7X512 because it offers much more Flash and RAM than the AT91SAM7X256. You won't be able to use the Netduino firmware on the AT91SAM7X256 without significant modifications (and even then, you'd have little room left for your C# code).
