I’ve done several searches of the forum and must not be using the right words. How do you all make these drawings of circuits? (Great example) Do you have some special CAD package? Where do you get these images of chips, breadboards, resistors and… of course… the Netduino such that they are scaled the same to fit the bread boards?

You need to look at Fritzing. The Netduino parts are on the forums here.

The netduino parts ship with the current version of Fritzing, no need to manually add them anymore
