Hi, I've got the "Internet of Things..." book and wondered whether its worth getting "Getting Started with Netduino" when it comes out or will it be too much of an overlap? If anyone might know. Thanks

Hi stan4th, I'd highly recommend the book for folks starting out with Netduino. Then again, I might be a bit biased ;) Chris

I believe so. We want to make sure it's out for the holidays (maybe for MakerFaire NY--but that's cutting it REALLY close).

Chris, I see your book is available for pre-order on O'Reilly and Amazon.

Will O'Reilly be releasing a Rough-Cut? (Electronic pre-release copy.)

Just trying to decide where to place my pre-order. :)

[Though the $6.40 difference in price might influence me too. I know authors get screwed by the Amazon, so I'll likely cough up the extra pennies for the O'Reilly copy on principle. So you'll get... let's do a quick estimate here... an extra $1. Hmm. Don't quit your day job quite yet, Chris.]

Hi Dan,

I believe that O'Reilly will be putting an early version online in a few weeks, but I'm not totally sure.

Hi, I know you think there will be an electronic version to view but for now is there any info on the content - chapter headings? Thanks
