I just needed to reinstall everything.
And since I keep everything stored on a Pogoplug drive, I figured it would be extra easy. Wrong! The porting kit installer immediately chose one of the drives in the chain (there are three) instead of the default.
That is the drive for computer itself.
People when you make use of Pogoplugs or storage devices, make sure the installer knows which drive is which when you tell it to install the contents.
