Netduino 2 and ICSP shields

Best Answer Chris Walker, 29 April 2015 - 07:51 PM

Hi silvinus,

If you pick up a MakerShield from MAKE, that will auto-route the ICSP headers (on top of the shield) to the appropriate pins on your Netduino 2.

With Netduino gen3, we added an ICSP header directly to the mainboard...so that you could just solder on an ICSP header and use those shields without a sandwich :)

Hi all,

I'm a begginer on netduino and I have a question about shields and ICSP header:

I find this blog to plug an ethernet shield on a netduino 1 : http://mypetprojects...-shield-to.html

But I have a netduino 2 and the ICSP header seems to be not the same ...

So my question is:

How can I plug my ethernet shield with my netduino 2 ? And if it's not possible, what shields are compatible with netduino 2 ? We found a lot of helps for netduino plus 2 but for netduino 2 it's more complicated.

Thanks for your help.
