Can anyone verify that this will work like a solid state relay? It works on a simulator and in real life but is it safe over time or will i cook something.

Is there a death sentence for running any type of MOSFET in reverse. e.g Swapping drain and source so the Current flows the opposite way?

It seems to work on the bread board. What is correct normal for a P_Channel and N_Channel circuit.
