Installed VisualStudio 2012 Express. Install of NETMF SDK fails with similar error - VS 2012 not installed.

Help!!!!!

Install of MicroFrameworkSDK_NETMF42_QFE2.msi fails with Visual Studio C# 2010 Express not installed. It is installed, registered, and working. msiexec trace available (very large).
