Depends, downgrading the project is the easiest, but if you require 4.2 features, it may be better to upgrade your netduino. It's up to you really. Both versions are still supported as far as I know.

but in the second project " [color=#ff0000;]the netdunio not appeare in the list of devices [/color]" the list contain "NONE"

what is your IE version ?

try to update your IE with the [color=#ff0000;]latest version[/color]
