Do we have any one who has done any extensive power consumption measurement for the Netduino 3? I have some other questions.
Can we go to deep sleep and wake up on an RTC interrupt? Especially the internal RTC running on the internal clock.
I have been playing around with NETMF on the STM32F407 Discovery. With NETMF4.3, it consumes about 50mA when idle but about half that (22mA) with NETMF 4.4.
Is there a plan for 4.4 in mind?
I have not seen any open source license on the website? Can I design my netduino 3 core board and use it in a commercial application freely?
Apologies if some of these questions have been asked before. I was last here in the days of Netduino 2 and left after some would fail to work just like that. I appreciate though that there has been much effort to improve the device. I wanted to use the GHI devices but there is a lot of closed source.
I am testing non-OS based low power gateway platforms for use in Wireless Sensor Networks and NETMF platforms are on my list.
