#54398 .NET Fart Detector

Posted by eizner23 on 30 November 2013 - 11:16 PM

Hello folks!  my .NET fart detector project is all finished, mounted and fine tuned for optimal performance.    Uses a netduino, MQ series gas sensor, 7 segment, shift register, a few LEDs and a buzzer. The MF Toolbox classes were handy in the code.  The buzzer will alarm the intensity by length of buzzes and the red LED.  the display is suppose to give you a 0-9 reading.  Mr. Microsoft Bill Gates, this fart detector is for you.  Cheers

#54397 netduino+openwrt WIFI Radio

Posted by eizner23 on 30 November 2013 - 09:50 PM

Hi guys!

I came across a neat article on the web using an Audrino and an ASUS WL-520GU Wifi router to make a wifi radio streaming device.  I really liked it and wanted to build a netduino version.  With the help from this thread I was able to communicate and control an openwrt device running a streaming server with netduino over a serial connection. here is a video sending shell commands to the streaming server triggered by push buttons and pots.  neat stuff!  credit to this forum and Chris's book for insight and kip for help with the pots.

#47483 Breathe Analyzer

Posted by eizner23 on 22 March 2013 - 04:31 PM

Hi Guys,  With a little help on the forum here, I manage to piece together a .NET Alcohol BreatheAnalyzer using a MQ-5 sensor and 2x20 LCD display.  Using the Netduino 1 plus, I have a button event that posts the level to Twitter.  Also works in Netduino 1.

If anyone needs help with similar project, please let me know.
