#46824 N+2 eagle library

Hi guys

As I was not able to find an eagle library for the Netduino Plus 2 shield, I made it by myself and I share it with you (who else?)

I haven't tested 100% yet, so let me now if I went wrong somewhere.

In case someone have designed some eagle lbr and wants to share, it would be nice to create a lib with all the available packs.

I can collect them and make it for all, just let me know if you have any.
