I tried changing it to 3.3v, adding a 1000ms delay after the constructor and changing the pin declarations to GPIO_Pin0 and GPIO_Pin1. No change.

Thanks for the quick reply. You're absolutely right that I flipped the board so I could see the silk screen and I did flip the wiring. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but to illustrate exactly how green I am with electronics, I didn't realize I had to solder the headers. Once I added a bit of solder it worked like a charm.

Now on to the SHT15.

If not, could you post how you wired it up? I keep getting initialization errors and don't know how to troubleshoot what I'm doing wrong.
