Is there a way to find out what programversion is loaded?

Hi luc-winters, Open up MFDeploy, select USB and connect to your board (F5). Then press the reset button on your Netduino. Finally, press Ping in MFDeploy. You should see a read-out of all the boot data, including assembly names and versions. Does that get you the info you need? Welcome to the Netduino community, Chris Go to the full post

Hi All,

I work with a couple of different netduino's, and sometimes  forget what program (version) is loaded to the module.

is there a easy way to find out without deploying a new program?

i am now using as a workaround a bluetooth module what sends my progname&version on request.

maybe there is also a way to do this, with just the USB programming cable?

thanks in advance.

hardware: netduino, netduino2

Disregard this I was using an old version of MFDeploy but I've figured it out now.
