There're a few in the forum who experiments with loading/unloading assemblies from SD cards. In theory this shouldn't be too difficult.
That would be the easiest way when using stock Netduino hardware. Theoretically you could hack the h*ll out of the hardware and then write custom firmware, but that is waaaay more trouble than it is worth.
If you need more power/storage immediately, check out the FEZ Cobra here:

If not, hang around - I suspect Secret Labs will be releasing bigger hardware in the coming months.

I will wait, I prefer netduino.
But, using another atmel with more memory... Is possible use the same firmware?
