There're a few in the forum who experiments with loading/unloading assemblies from SD cards. In theory this shouldn't be too difficult. Other than that, you most likely have to buy something big and expensive. (Big boards) Or do some serious amount of soldering. (In several layers) Or remove something from the TinyCLR and then recompile.

That would be the easiest way when using stock Netduino hardware. Theoretically you could hack the h*ll out of the hardware and then write custom firmware, but that is waaaay more trouble than it is worth.

If you need more power/storage immediately, check out the FEZ Cobra here:
FEZ Hardware

If not, hang around - I suspect Secret Labs will be releasing bigger hardware in the coming months.

I will wait, I prefer netduino.

But, using another atmel with more memory... Is possible use the same firmware?

Possible, but unlikely... I think the firmware is specific to the IC, or at least the series. That said, if the architecture is the same, the firmware source would require only minor tweaks. And since the Netduino is open source this is actually a possibility.

That would certainly give a lot of room for code. ^^ But no. If the Netduino had some external ram however ...
