The operatos >> and << in Vb 2012 displays a debugger error: System.Nullable(Of)) not defined.
There is an equivalent command to do it? or needs to include something?

Perhaps you have a syntax error. They work with VB 2010 and it's hard to believe they will not work with VB 2012. See Post #4,

No, Bit shifting does not work in VB VS 2012, but there is a workaround for it.
