I used one of these in a project at work:

... it basically lets you build a small 12v uninterruptable power supply, using a 12v battery, which it charges. In case it's useful for anyone!

That's a nice find, Bill. An unfortunate error in the manual reminds me of some of my 'projects'. bulk charing stage I suspect should be bulk charging stage, but I relate to the charing very well. That would certainly allow a Netduino to run for months !

I agree - Nice find! Now, if they had only given us some pinouts for charge status...
