Hello, For my roboter I'm looking for one power supply to supply the logic of the NP, MotorController etc. So I have the idea to take a USB Hub connect all the boards over micro usb cables. And when I would like to supply the usb hub with a dc/dc converter with 5V that i will supply over a battery pack. My experience in electricity is a little limited, so I am not sure that will work. Does anybody know if this will work.

it could work.  depends on the power needs of the various boards you are powering.  remember also that USB specifies a max current that the port will supply (which I believe is 500 mA), so maybe that will or won't be enough for your stuff.  You might be able to draw from two ports to add that -- I don't know how well that works though or if there is special electrical consideration to take so it's balanced.  Since your application is battery powered, you probably want to avoid inefficiency in your power conversion lest your play time be reduced, but if your experience in electricity is limited, maybe you want to deal with that in phase 2 of your project.
