Is there any Timer support in the NetDuino Mini? The ARM chip has timers, but I don't see any library routines to access them. Also, the mini is advertised with a 48MHz ARM, but the crystal is only 18MHz. So what speed is the ARM actually running at?

Unfortunately, there is no support in the current implementation of .NET Micro Framework.

The microcontroller core runs at 48 MHz, it uses PLL to multiply crystal oscillator frequency (18.432 MHz). The 48 MHz clock is required by the USB device port.
