Hi Jan,

Start up the MFDeploy.exe application (in Start > Programs > .NET Micro Framework 4.1 SDK > Tools). Then, select the Target menu > Configuration > Network.

Is "USB" transport selected in MFDeploy? Or the default serial port?

Hi Jan, You'll need to stop your program in Visual Studio first (pressing the STOP button, or just closing down Visual Studio). Only one program at a time can communicate via the debug port...either Visual Studio or MFDeploy. Once in MFDeploy, the to PING the device. If that works, you can then set the network configuration. You can also optionally press the pushbutton on the Netduino Plus while plugging it into your PC...this will force it into BootLoader mode so that your Netduino app doesn't start up right away. Thanks Chris Sucess! It took to long time for me, so the program started, I made a ping but as I did not now what to expect I thought it had succeded. Now I was a little faster after plugging it in and sendt a ping. Also found out that if you wait to long after a ping the program will start and then you can´t set the network configuration. /Jan Olof
