Hi Alok, and welcome to the Netduino forums.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do, connect a Netduino to the PC and "chat" with it with PuTTY?

You could use a breakout board like this: http://wiki.netduino...-to-Serial.ashx

Then you can select Serial in PuTTY and enter the right COM port.

You have tagged this post Arduino and Wixel - are you in the right place?

YOU HAVE TO ENTER THE CORRECT SERIAL PORT AND RIGHT BAUDRATE IN PUTTY - THAN CLICK CONNECT

EDIT: MY KEYBOARD IS DAMAGED; CAPSLOCK IS STUCK - YOURS TOO??

ALOK

You will need something on the computer COM ports sending the wireless and something on the Netduino deciphering it.

XBee's have the potential to do this if the Netduino's can be programmed on the serial lines (not sure if they can be).
