I am attempting to use the library originally written for the Netduino Plus (link here).

At the latency and inch conversion default that work on the Netduino Plus, I get a reading of 99 inches at a distance of 1 inch.  A distance of 54 inches reads 130 inches.

My thought was to adjust the latency (I figure the GoBus must have some overhead).  I did that and more or less "Zero"ed it out at a latency of 148,500 (the latency that works on the Netduino Plus is 6,200).  At that latency it responds will measure more or less accurately

However, at that latency I cannot get it to respond to anything between 1 inch and approx 40 inches.

Could the latency simply be too high for this to work?  Since it is measuring the time elapsed between the sending of a ping and the response is the latency simply too long for the measurement to be accurate?  I.E. could the signals be passing each other?
