To power my circuit, I'm using 3 3.7v LiPo batteries. Fully charged, they can output in excess of 12.6v until the voltage levels out. I wanted to avoid having a dedicated voltage regulator just for the mini and was wondering if it could safely handle an extra 0.6-0.10v on pin 24 for a short period of time.

Hi there,

You should be OK.

The absolute maximum voltage input the regaulator can handle is 20V datasheet.

Just don't try and draw lots of current - the regulator will get hot.

I didn't even think to check the regulator specs. Thanks.
