Error HRESULT E_FAIL

Best Answer Chris Walker, 28 December 2012 - 08:23 PM

Hi LakeOzark,

Does this happen with any type of project in Visual Studio?  Or only .NET Micro Framework projects?

I'd probably start out by uninstalling and then re-installing VS2010 and the NETMF + Netduino SDKs, although I know that's not much fun.  It sounds like something is out of sync in Visual Studio.

Chris

Hi Lake Ozark,

What software is giving you this error?  Is it Visual Studio?

When do you see the error?  Can you share a screenshot?

Chris

Could not attatch screen print of C# 2010.

1. Launch C# VS 2010

2 . Open Project

3. Build Project

When I open the file from the start page I get the error below as a warning. When I build the project I get the error below as an error.

This project did build and debug

Thanks for your help. I downloaded, modified C#2010 Express and it solved the problem. Did not check other C# projects.

Thanks

Happy New Year.
