sorry being a noob here, but Netduino is not mine, that why I want to confirm before doing anything

First link (http://forums.netdui...-v420-update-1/) is firmware for Netduino Plus.
Second link (http://forums.netdui...-v421-update-2/) is firmware for Netduino Plus 2,
Third link (http://forums.netdui...-v410-update-6/) is older version of firmware for Netduino Plus.

So, for Netduino Plus 2, use second link. For Netduino Plus, you can use either first or third, but I would recommend using first link(as it is newer version).
