Having trouble with my inputs (rewired them) Do I need to use the internal pull up resister It's wired like this now tnx

You don't need the 1k resistors tied to 3.3v if you enable the internal pull-ups. What isn't working? This setup will read false/0 when the switch is closed and true/1 when open. Looks fine.

I was thinking 1K was too small or some thing It's working intermittently almost seems like the relays are running backwards, hard to tell, checked software but no. It makes it hard to test as the relays are controllers jumping them same problem. very frustrating tnx

I believe the internal pull ups are 10k or 20k, plenty big enough if you remove your external pull ups. When you say "running backward" do you mean the netduino thinks that the GPIO input is OFF when the relays are energized? Remember that the logic is inverted; OFF/FALSE/0 means that the switch is CLOSED.

Thanks I ran some simple Input output software stuff, to test the pins, and it works great don`t need to fix or change anything. So the problems with my main software`, and that`s not going to be easy to find when it all looks ok. going to have to look at it some more thanks
