Power and battery level scaled?

Hello,
After developing a basic web UI for my project, i have displayed Battery.ReadVoltage()and PowerState.CurrentPowerLevel() to the user. Knowing this comes back as an integer value, what is the inLow and inHigh on the integer values when trying to scale the integer to a float?
What are the ranges of each. i.e. the outLow and outHigh?

Did you ever get a reply to this inquiry? I would like to report the status of the battery powering the Netduino Plus.
