Im new to the Netduino world and have a quick question. Has anyone used this device to multi-task sending emails and sampling data(Or performing some other process while emailing)?

Early on in one of my projects I had the system reading from multiple sensors and logging it to the SD Card, then on a schedule it would send out email alerts of reaching thresholds. Sometimes the emails wouldn't be send, but I didn't work on the problem as it wasn't the way I wanted to go with the project.

Yes I have a very comprehensive example for you of how we had implement email in our datalogging project. Every evening it send a email with all the data to our mailbox, or on commando in the command line of your browser to the server program. Just give me some time to remove all my personal data out of the file and add some comments. I will post it in the VB section but i will let you know. Ellen

In my project, I want to send the data the board has collected as a .CSV file attached to an email. I'm having trouble finding examples of attaching a file to an email to be sent using SMTP. Did you have any luck in your application? Did you end up attaching a file, or did you use another method?
