This seems to happen when the chip has not been completely erased before flashing. We're investigating ways to force full chip erase but in the meantime here is a manual erase process.
If flashing fails for you, follow these steps and then re-flash your board:
1. Detach your Netduino Go
2. Press and hold your Netduino Go's pushbutton while plugging it in via USB; this will put it in bootloader mode.
3. Start the STDFU Tester application.
a. Select the "Protocol" tab (second tab on top)
b. Make sure that "STM Device in DFU Mode" appears in the "Devices" pull-down at top.
c. Press the "Create from Map" button (fourth from left above the bottom textbox)
d. Select the "Erase" option in the "Operation" pane on the left.
e. Press "Go". It will take a few moments to erase your Netduino Go.
You can now immediately switch to DfuSe Demonstrator to flash your mainboard.
