Grab a small piece of wire, plug one end into the 3V3 header on your Netduino, and then carefully touch the other end of the wire to the gold ERASE pad (just below the D0 pins).great just downloaded sam-ba 2.12 and nothing is showing in the connection window
Then unplug and reattach your Netduino. It should now show up when you start SAM-BA 2.12 (and should appear as a serial port in Device Manager rather than as a Netduino).

When you connect via TinyBooter:oh that gold pin. blanked it and now its coming up and a com3 camera detect.
using samba-ba 2.12 on the flash tab, the send file is the tinybooter sent it with locks. disconnected the usb and reconntected and still thinks its a camera, lol.
1. Select "enable flash access" and press "execute".
2. Select "boot from flash" and press "execute".
3. Browse for the TinyBooterDecompressor.bin file and then send it to your board.
4. When asked if you want to lock the firmware, choose NO.
Full instructions for TinyBooter are available on the Wiki as well.

Please follow the instructions on the following Wiki page:fails on send file
Flash TinyBooterDecompressor.bin using SAM-BA v2.12+
If SAM-BA has trouble writing to the board, please do one extra step and select "erase all flash" and press "execute" before writing the firmware.
After flashing the bootloader, you can use the following instructions to flash the .NET Micro Framework runtime:
Flash TinyCLR using MFDeploy v4.2+

Did you upgrade to the Netduino 4.2 SDK (and .NET MF 4.2 QFE2 SDK) already?anyway it seems to have something. powered off & powered on the USB (popo) now it tried to instal NP driver and fails! so i go the np driver folder and now it says no driver can be found!
Those include the drivers and support for WinUSB, the new driver system used by .NET Micro Framework 4.2.
If you have installed those, then the flash process may not have completed properly; please use the "compare" feature of SAM-BA to verify that the bootloader was written properly.

Hi Ashoh i had 4.2 rc5 before
just installing the qfe stuff now.
But i already have the 4.2SDK installed the april version. Would i need to install it again?
I would say it would be best to uninstall everything 4.2 you may have previously installed and install using the latest binaries, that way you should avoid any driver difficulties and other gremlins.
