Is there a way to move Files from PC to the NetDuino (SD-Card) when compile the solution?
I use the NeonMikaWebserver. And i'm too lazy to copy the changed HTML-Files again and again.

There's not an automated solution, but you could create an upload feature in your code which let you transfer files over the network to the SD card (basically the opposite of what a web server normally does).
