hii... any one know how to change sampling rate of ADC(10bit mode)..???

Oh dear, I'm not sure if that would be possible. Perhaps with tweaking the firmware. Otherwise, you could decide to use an SPI driven chip with an ADC in it. Just to think outside the box, but SPI is way faster then the built-in ADC from the Netduino.
