I'm drooling over pictures of Netduinos while an Amazon gift certificate sits in my inbox. The only ones available on Amazon currently are from external sellers charging double the price listed here. Is this the usual situation or are they usually available directly from Secret Labs at the correct price on Amazon?

Hi Spintab, Thanks for your post and enthusiasm--and welcome to the Netduino community! Netduinos are sold out at most resellers. I believe MakerSHED had some when I checked last night. Amazon is out for at least a few days--but they should hopefully have more in stock soon. The high-priced Netduinos listed from third parties on Amazon.com are a bit "opportunistic". Not sure who that seller is, but they're definitely not an Authorized Reseller... Chris

Thanks for the quick reply Chris. I can tell this forum is top notch. I'll keep my eye out on Amazon and the second they're available you'll have a new customer. I currently have an Arduino serving dual duties regulating temps in a homebrew beer cooler and controlling stepper motors on a telescope mount. The switching back an forth is growing old so another board is in order. Being a .NET programmer by day, the Netduino is perfect. Thanks again.

Thanks for the update hookedup. I'll keep an eye on it. I'm mostly looking out for it on Amazon because I have a couple gift certificates there. Depends on how patient I want to be;]
