I´m planning build Netduino from scratch (board, solder) I have a question. How to burn firmware in processor? Thanks

The boards come already assembled, although you'll probably want to build something to connect it to. You can update the firmware (do a search here for mfdeploy) but what you're more likely to be doing is connecting it to your PC and writing a small program in C#. The "hello world" equivalent is getting the onboard LED to flash. Take a look here for a getting started guide: http://www.netduino....tingstarted.pdf

If you realy want to start from strach (good luck to solder the MCU :) ), you need to use SAM-BA tools from ATMEL to burn the TinyBooterDecompressor.bin first :

After, you can use MFDeploy to burn the firmware,
