I try to load the board layout file from the latest eagle program without success -> invalid file.
Perhaps I'm wrong, it's not a eagle file ?
Hi Pascal,
The Netduino boards are 4-layer ARM boards, so they're fairly sophisticated. The best viewer we've found is the Allegro viewer: https://www.cadence....oDownloads.aspx
We have evaluated using Eagle, but the free version only supports 2-layer boards, and we use 4-layer boards to help ensure a high-quality product. If there is enough demand in the future for an Eagle version (which would work with the low-end commercial Eagle software), we can look into using that on future revisions/designs.
We are also working on some other angles to help users with the "designing custom boards for Netduino" arena as well. More on those later.

Any more news on the other angles to help users design custom boards?
