Urgh. I think that I have the same problem with my rev b plus. Unfortunately for me flashing an older firmware to it does not make it work again :( I am able to install a new bootloader, and boot up in bootloader mode, but after i deploy a firmware to it i get no response in MFTool, and "USB device not recognized" from windows when I plug it in again. Is it dead? Edit: I get errors writing the bootloader if i press "No" to locking regions. Is that a problem?

You should say "no" to locking regions. Let's walk through your reflashing process. Also, if you try flashing the bootloader and the "compare" process gives you an error...use the ERASE command and the ENABLE FLASH command and then reflash again. It should work.

Uhm. Now I guess that I have a different problem..?

I tried to install v.4.1.1

1: Connect 3.3V to erase pad -> OK
2: Startup sam-ba, Boot from flash, Enable flash access -> OK
3: Send firmware -> It asks to UNlock lock regions, and I say "Yes", then "No" to locking.
4: Reconnect, shows up as netduino plus.
5: Start MFTool and Ping, shows TinyBooter v. 4.1.1.0 b1,
6: Deploy ER_Config and ER_Flash. Shows Signature PASS twice, then HANGS on "Executing Application" :(

I erased my NP (connect the gold pad to 3.3v) then I flashed it and start MFDeploy.exe. I was happy I can ping the TinyBooter. After deploying the new firmware I could not connect or ping to my NP. I retry it some times again with same result  The Bootloader and Firmware wich i have flashed. http://forums.netdui...&attach_id=1174 Have anybody an idea?

There are no fixes in for this issue with 4.2 beta yet, but we're exploring a few options. Chris

I have had the same problem with my Rev A board. However I did get 4.2 RC1 to work. Does anyone know if this is a hardware or software issue? Will there be a resolution anytime soon? Inquiring minds, etc etc .....
