I'm using the
PowerState.RebootDevice
method and I was wondering what the differences between the soft/hard options are and when each should be used.

Thanks! :)

Hi George, In theory, a soft reboot is a bit quicker. For most intents and purposes, they'll be the same on Netduino. I generally like using the hard reboot option, since it ensures that the entire system reboots (instead of trying an orderly shutdown/restart). Just be sure to close out any data files first. Chris
