You cannot access the files on your PC from the Netduino directly. You will need to provide your own functionality to do this.

If you are looking to provide an easy method of updating files on the SD card from your PC then there is a web server around on the forums which allows you use a web page to save a file to the SD card. This may help you achieve a better debug cycle for your pages.

Hope this help,
Mark
