That should do.
When I get that error I normally unplug/plugin my netduino, and check if the correct netduino is selected at deployment (I have several netduinos with different names so sometimes it tries to connect to the wrong netduino)

Error 1 An error has occurred. Please check your hardwareI've read that this error is showed when you try to write a bigger assembly than allowed...
It's about 117KB when maximum allowed is 64KB.
