Hi Shiv,

It looks like your board is stuck in bootloader mode.

Grab a copy of Netduino Update (which comes with the latest Netduino firmware--currently 4.3.1). Use it to update your Netduino Plus 2's firmware and let us know if that gets you up and running.

Welcome to the Netduino community,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Thank you for your reply!

Whew! Ok, so with you guidance and the Info you provide on updating the firmware I was able to the the NetDuino back on its feet so to  speak.

The app continued to give the same error and I tried changing the target .Net Framework to 4.2 and then back to 4.3, rebooting etc. But the error persisted.

New projects targeting 4.3 would work. So I simply ported over the code from the earlier projects.

I'm guessing this is something that can be fixed, in that there is an assumption somewhere that expects a certain condition to be a hardware issue when in fact it may not be?

Things are back to working and I'm having a blast! Thank you.

Regards

Shiv.
