I am not sure if this should be reported here or not, but I am getting a bunch of errors, like "Warning 1 Could not resolve this reference. Could not locate the assembly "System.Deployment, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a, processorArchitecture=MSIL". Check to make sure the assembly exists on disk. If this reference is required by your code, you may get compilation errors." and "Error 3 Unable to copy file "C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\assembly\GAC_64\System.Data\v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089\LE\System.Data.pe" to "bin\Debug\LE\System.Data.pe". Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\assembly\GAC_64\System.Data\v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089\LE\System.Data.pe'." on a VB project, while the very same project, but in C# it deploy without a glitch.... Is there anything special that would need to be done to work with VB? Thanks, Bernard

Hi Bernard, Welcome to the Netduino community! Any chance you can post the project? Then I can try it out on my VB.NET and Netduino to see what's the result.

Thanks for your offer Stefan, I did not see my post was published earlier. In fact, I created another (identical) project, and it all went just fine. Don't know what happened, maybe some initialisation when i used the project template for the first time?

Anyway, VB works and it's fun to use it for Netduino, as I am now more familiar with it than with C#, due to my job.

Do a simple windiff on the VBproj files to see if there is any obvious differences.

Bernard, Odd question...but are you trying to use desktop assemblies in a .NET Micro Framework project? Chris
