Thanks Chris for the info I just order one from them. I cannot wait to start playing with it. I want to used it as an alarm to monitor 5 different sensors at the house. I plan to replace the CPI alarm controller with this. I would like to see if I can built also a small application for phone so that via wifi I can arm or disarm the alarm and also I hope that I can make the Netduino send me a txt msg when the alarm is trigger it will be a fun project.

I am sure I will bug some of you guys here has I will start learning to used it.

Every one of suppliers seems to be out of stock. Why are there such problems with keeping them in stock?

Hi mcbuckeye,

Every one of suppliers seems to be out of stock.

Why are there such problems with keeping them in stock?

They're quite popular.

We've ramped up production to meet demand; you should start seeing supplies clear up over the next month or two.

BTW: there are Netduino Pluses in stock in Europe (Cool Components, SK Pang, UAM), Asia (SWITCH-SCIENCE), Australia (Little Bird), North America (5Hz Electronica in MX), Africa (NETRAM), etc. But the United States that's pretty much out of stock right now.

Chris
