I really want to use my netduino for some home automation projects and I need to secure the communications to and from the device. I use HMAC MD5 on my web services and would like to use in on the netduino. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Should I consider using the Arduino instead?

A quick search revealed an implementation of HMAC in C#:
It's not specifically for NETMF but looks like generic C# to me.
Hope this helps,
